The Missio Dei, simply put, is the mission of God which is derived directly from Jesus’ command to go make disciples and care for those in need. At Lake Forest Church, we join the Missio Dei by engaging in the lives of vulnerable people, the unreached, and the overlooked.

We believe that an important part of following Jesus in partnering with Him in the way that He’s at work in our world, so we invite everyone at Lake Forest to join the adventure of living on mission! Whether it’s across the street or across the world, we’re committed to sharing the good news of Jesus through acts of justice, mercy, and love. Our heart is to support global partners and missionaries, strengthen our local community, and take bold, Spirit-led steps to be a church on the go for the sake of God’s Kingdom everywhere.
